Premium for Workgroups Synchronization. ACT! Premium for Web is a webbased application where the central ACT! database is accessed over the internet. ACT! Premium for Workgroups Synchronization is a desktop application where changes to your ACT! database are synchronized routinely with the central database via the internet.

The customer buys the ACT! software licenses and we host their APFW and/or ACT! Premium for Workgroups Synchronization. Number of Users Monthly Fee 3-9 $34.95 10-24 $29.95 25-49 $24.95 50+ $19.95 ** No term commitment required if customer buys the software. Option 2: ACT! Hosting “Service & Software” Bundle: DataLogic buys the software! Our bundled hosting program allows customers to pay one low monthly fee for us to host their ACT! Premium for Web EX or ACT! Premium for Workgroups EX synchronization without the upfront software license investment. Monthly fee:  $69 per user *Term Commitment: Twelve (12) month term commitment required. Optional 30-day trial. **Minimum of 10 users for “Service & Software” Bundle ***Customer owns ACT! Software Licenses ***Act! software licensing is required for all ACT! hosting plans. ****Payment: Hosting fees are charged quarterly following promotional period. ADD-ON FEATURES:   Online – Offline Plan: $20 per user/mos. For the ACT! user that needs both online and offline access to their ACT! DB. This program combines both Web-based and Desktop Synchronization services for the same user. Additional ACT! Database: $15 per user/mos. Allows access to multiple ACT! databases.
